5'nizza: History, Hits, and Concerts

The Ukrainian band 5'nizza has been performing for more than 25 years. Their music stands out for its distinctive vocals and its blend of many styles. 5'nizza's songs combine elements of reggae, blues, hip-hop, rock, and other genres. Their lyrics often touch on philosophical and everyday themes, although their repertoire also includes light and uplifting tracks. The band has two members — Andriy Zaporozhets (vocals) and Serhiy Babkin (vocals, acoustic guitar, human beatbox).

From street music to a cult band

The founders and permanent members of the project, Serhiy Babkin and Andriy Zaporozhets, met in Kharkiv. Shared musical interests grew into friendship, and friendship turned into a band. The musicians wrote their first songs in dormitories, and the first stages for 5'nizza were the beaches of Kazantip. Then came the first unofficial and official albums, the first tours, and an active creative period that lasted seven years before the band took a break. In 2015, 5'nizza returned to the stage with the song "I Believe In You" and continued winning over listeners with new tracks and live performances.

5'nizza's discography

Over 25 years, including a creative hiatus, the band released three studio albums — "П'ятниця", "O5", and "КУ" — as well as a compilation and a live release. Their debut album already featured songs that later became the band's calling cards, most notably "Ямайка" and "Солдат". The tracks "Але" and "Я не той..." also gained major popularity. In 2025, the band pleased fans with two English-language singles — "War Child" and "Phoenix".

5'nizza live performances

The band performs all over the world. In 2025, the major anniversary tour 25'nizza began. As part of it, the group has already played in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Poland, Lithuania, Armenia, Georgia, Latvia, France, Germany, and other countries, and is also preparing to perform in England, Austria, and Moldova.

5'nizza's live shows are atmospheric evenings filled with songs accompanied by guitar, conversations with the audience, and memorable moments. Their concert programs include hits from different stages of the band's history, while also making room for newer material.
