FRANCO are representatives of the Ukrainian music scene. The Founding and Development of FRANCO

The FRANCO project was founded in 2011 by Valentyn Fedyshen. The early phase was characterized by a classic indie rock sound, with traditional instrumentation: guitar, keyboards, and drums. Over the years, the band regularly changed its lineup, which influenced the sound and allowed for an expansion of their stylistic range. Electronic elements were gradually added to FRANCO's alternative rock. The search for their sound did not end there: FRANCO constantly integrates new instruments into their music, creating their own musical aesthetic.

FRANCO's Music: From "Тунелі" to "Порізано Бритвою Оккама"

FRANCO's first official release was the single "Танго", released in 2014. As of 2026, the band's discography includes three albums:

• In 2017, FRANCO released their debut album "Тунелі", which solidified electronic elements in their sound. The album included, in particular, the title track, as well as the songs "Птахи", "Він серед нас", and "Голова чи серце".
• Their second album, "Тремор", was released in 2018. It consists of eight tracks, and the title track became the most popular song on the album.
• "Порізано Бритвою Оккама" is FRANCO's third studio album, released in 2025. It includes 10 songs, including "Грім і кров (Хто тут я)" and "Маяк не працює (Сльози падали)".

The band's notable releases also include the EPs "Live 2020" and "Додому" (2022). The single "Маша", released in 2021, gained the most popularity among listeners.

FRANCO Concerts

FRANCO kicked off their concert career with a performance in Kyiv in 2012. The band's concert format has constantly evolved: from classic rock concerts and festival appearances to modern live sets featuring drum machines. Throughout their career, FRANCO has performed at Ukrainian music festivals, including MRPL City (Mariupol) and Woodstock Ukraine. FRANCO also has a number of studio live sessions to its credit.
