Over the course of more than 25 years, Gromadianyn Topinambur has released more than five albums. The highlight of Gromadianyn Topinambur's current discography is their sixth album and first full-length album in Ukrainian, "Останній Френд", released in 2021. The album consists of 11 songs, including the track "Пісня про дівчат", which became a massive hit with over 10 million streams. Following that, Gromadianyn Topinambur released several more standout singles, including "Джанкой" (2022), "Найкраща музика" (2023), "Валькірії" (2024), and "На Схід" (2025).
