Icons of the heavy metal scene: history, greatest hits, and concerts

Accept is a legendary German metal band, one of the leading pioneers of European heavy metal and an influence on speed and thrash metal. For 50 years, the band has set the standards for the genre and shows no signs of slowing down. Accept's signature sound features powerful guitar riffs, high-speed guitar solos, charismatic vocals, and epic choral singing.

Bändi koosseis:

• Wolf Hoffmann - guitar
• Mark Tornillo - vocals
• Martin Motnik - bass guitar
• Christopher Williams - drums
• Philip Shouse - guitar

From Their First Albums to Legendary Status

Since founding in 1976, the band has gone from releasing their debut album to becoming icons of the heavy metal scene. Koosseis, kuhu kuulusid vokalist Udo Dirkschneider, kitarrist Wolf Hoffmann ja bassist Peter Baltes, andis bänd välja rea kultusklassikat: "Breaker" (1981), "Restless and Wild" (1982), "Balls to the Wall" (1983) ja "Metal Heart" (1985).

It was "Balls to the Wall" (1983) that marked the band's major commercial breakthrough, paving the way for large-scale concert tours.

Accept's Iconic Anthems and Hits

Over five decades on stage, the band has enriched the world of heavy metal with a wealth of hits. Accepti tunnushümn on legendaarne "Balls to the Wall" - lugu, mis on korduvalt pääsenud kõigi aegade parimate metalilugude nimekirjadesse. Lisaks sellele tunnusloole kogus tunnustust ja populaarsust ka lugu "Fast as a Shark", mis mõjutas terveid põlvkondi muusikuid. Among Accept's countless hits are also "Princess of the Dawn," "Teutonic Terror," "Midnight Mover," "Metal Heart," and "Pandemic."

Drive and Energy: The Band's Live Shows

Accept's live performances are massive metal parties filled with explosive energy, thunderous guitars, and thousands of fans singing along.
